Here are the terms for the various services which we provide:
Boiler Breakdowns
- Plumbcare+ will repair any breakdown on any oil or gas boiler up to 12 years old.
- Plumbcare+ will replace any part of the boiler up to the value of £250 including VAT per callout.
Hot Water System
- Plumbcare+ will repair any leaks to any pipe work, fittings or hot water storage vessel.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any problems such as air locks, overheating, under heating, faulty immersion heaters and dripping taps.
- Plumbcare+ will replace any part of the hot water system up to the value of £350 including VAT per callout.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any part of the hot water system regardless of the age.
Cold Water System
- Plumbcare+ will repair any leaks to any pipe work, fittings or any other part of the cold water system.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any problems such as air locks, overflowing feed and expansion tanks, overflowing cisterns and dripping taps
- Plumbcare+ will replace any part of the cold water system up to the value of £350 including VAT per callout.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any part of the cold water system regardless of its age.
Central Heating Systems
- Plumbcare+ will repair any leaks to any pipe work, fitting or any other part of the central heating system.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any problems such as air locks, overheating, under heating, cold spots on radiators, faulty central heating system controls-pumps, motorised valves, thermostatic radiator valves, lockshield valves and by pass valves and pressure valves.
- Plumbcare+ will replace any part of the central heating system up to the value of £350 including VAT per callout.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any part of the central heating system regardless of its age.
Internal Sanitation Systems
- Plumbcare+ will repair any leaks or blockages, to any pipe work, fitting or any other part of the sanitation system to the point where it reaches the customers boundary.
- Plumbcare+ will replace any part of the sanitation system up to the value of £350 including VAT per callout.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any part of the sanitation system regardless of its age.
NOTE: Plumbcare Plus does not cover broken or damaged sanitary ware.
Underground Drainage
- Plumbcare+ will repair any leaks or blockages to any pipe work, fitting or any other part of the underground drainage system up to that households boundary.
- Plumbcare+ will replace any part of the underground drainage system up to the value of £350 including VAT per callout.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any part of the underground drainage system regardless of its age.
Overall Terms and Conditions
- Each house hold is covered up to a maximum of 5 call outs per year.
- Fittings or parts needed are priced and provided by Plumbcare+.
- The customer shall pay the excess on any part which is valued more than what Plumbcare+ cover for.
- Plumbcare+ will only cover houses at Plumbcare Plus' discretion.
- Any proved deliberate sabotage, or accident, ie nailed pipes, will either result in Plumbcare+ revoking their cover for that house hold or charging to fix the damage or problem.
- Plumbcare+ will cover any pipes which are concealed. However Plumbcare+ are not responsible for re concealing the pipes or fitting.
Plumbcare+ Prices
Plumbcare+ prices are as follows:
- If paid per year the price for 1 years cover is £99 + VAT per year
- If paid monthly the price for 1 years cover is £10 + VAT per month
- Plumbcare+ will cover house holds for a minimum of 1 year.
Plumbcare+ will begin to cover each house hold from the date of first payment.
